KDKobes on XDA- Developers gets all the credits for this. He has succeeded in creating a CAB file for HTC Footprints. Here is the the link.

So far the GPS works fine with TomTom only, he is still working on resolving the other 2 problems as you will see.

you cant as it states its for gsm right now and not working correctly on cdma and in your profile it says sprint....
