shut programs - Wckediden

i am sure this has been discussed before, but i cant do a search if i don't know what it is. does anyone know the name of the program that is used to shut exit programs for good. sometimes when i exit a program in my mobile. i notice its still running on quickmenu. so does ne1 kno the program to completely exit once.

its real simple, in the quick menu options you just have to set the button for short press, close application
