Default Downloading SMS/MMS
I have been using bitpim (FOSS) to download my SMS messages, pictures, and the like from my LG phone using Verizon (because they again wanted to force us to use their premium services). Now with this VX6900, I'm curious if there is software like PITPIM or a way to configure my phone so that I can download my SMS and MMS messages to my computer...

Any help?

bitpim (foss), PITPIM...? not sure what you talking about here... and what carrier are you with?

tou can always try acrsoft, which allows you to send and receive text/pics/vids, directly to your phones, and from there you can drag them to you pc while tethered through active sync...
