[ ISSUE SOLVED ] sharing roms with spj

I found a very sweet rhodium rom on another sight. I was wanting to know the rules on me posting another rom. Its not mine for 1, but the designer does not have enough posts to post it himself. But i can vouge that it is better than any other rhodium rom out there. this sight or any other, and i just though Wckediden would love having this rom up. Im still learning this whole posting threads thing. I used to sit back and just read. But Im startin to get good, and want to share my finds, but want to make sure i follow all rules too.
Any help is appreciated

just take a look at the ones and how they are psoted and follow that and you will be fine..., and what rom is it?

Its the new Merdin wmpro4.1 manilla 2. Man its very smooth. He gave me permission to post it, but i just want to make sure i can even though its not mine. It does work well. No bugs found all day. (at least none thats not easily fixable)

Just so we have as little editing as possible, is it the "wrap HTML tags around selected text" to post a link. And do i post the actual rom file or the link to the download? Do i need to post the flashing rules?

there is like a little green gear that spins when youmake a post. that is the code button. put your links in it.
