Overview: PocketBuilder is a rapid application development (RAD) tool for building mobile and wireless applications running on Microsoft PocketPC and Windows-Mobileâ„¢ based devices.









Sybase PocketBuilderâ„¢ is a smart-client application development tool for Windows CE platforms, including their more recent Windows Mobile enhancements. PocketBuilder enables developers to build handheld applications in an object-centric, graphical, desktop environment, and then deploy them to a supported device or emulator.

used this before and must say that it is a very nice application.... the format is a little funkyily laid out but nothing too bad.

I have been doing some self learning on C#, Vis C# and Vis Studio....Might this be a bit of a more compact way to work on developing apps? (I am primarily wanting to design my own Today screen) I make no claim to ever actually producing anything, but the time i work on it is a nice distraction for me to relax.......

word i hear you and take a look online for tutorials on getting started as well as youtube videos dealing with tutorials and how to begain.... and also you will have to download the wm6 emulator and tester to view how your program is coming along.... if you have any questions feel free to ask and i will try to get you an answer asap. good luck and have fun with it.... remember camel your words like whoopieCushion and watch out for those dreaded syntex errors.

LOL cant say that i ever thought about putting "whoopie cushion" into anything, butnow that you have brought it up, i am now compelled to do so! finally got one thing working on vis studio...doesnt really do anything but got background set and got buttons going (not connected to anything yet, just pops up a word) but it's a start
