Need help from Michigan folks
This is way off topic for PPCs, if posting in the wrong area, would a mod please move it? Didn't see anything for questions like this.
Don't know much about the layout of Michigan and know that there are several folks on here that are from there. One of my vendors, who has become my friend, is trying to sell some property in Michigan. She lives in Florida, and I live in Texas, so I'm just looking for some advice. The family in Michigan doesn't want to help, because they want to use the property, and not buy it. Any way, it's in a little community near Owasso? and is in a park called Leisure Lake. Sounds like an awesome little spot, with a pontoon boat, a paddle boat and a travel trailer on it. Something about being far enough out of town to enjoy it, but close enough to make a McD's run if wanted. I just don't do cold, and I have a lake near me, and I don't get any off time anyway. Wonder what the signal strength is like out there. LOL I looked and there are a lot of options, but with the market the way it is today, was hoping someone knew a good realtor or could recommend a local venue since the seller is out of state. Much thanks in advance, Gadget |

Re: Need help from Michigan folks
hhahahah no shit!!! i go up there every summer at least 4-5 times to go camping hahaha.... the signal isnt the best to tell the truth until you get closer to town.... you stay at about 1 bar and that drains the hell out of your battry. bump as you get within about 10 miles of the city you will go up to 3 and stay there for quite some time..... so it relies on how far from the city that the property is at
