New to the game of roms

Hey guys, I have a couple of questions about rom....basically the first thing I need is someone to link me to a good thread which will show me how to change the rom on my verizon touch pro, the second question I have is.... is there a good rom someone could suggest to me which runs wm 6.5 and has tf3d2. also, once i put the rom on my phone, what do i do if i want it to go back to oem rom, can i just hard reset or is there more. thanks.
