touch pro acting up

i am having some major problem with my touch pro i seem to always miss calls or get drop. when i call some 1 or when they call me i can hear them but they cant hear me and i cant seem to active sync anymore i tried it with the original usb my phone came with it just charges the phone a regular usb it say device not recognize able. please help if u had this problem before thxxs

try removing the device from activesync(delet it) then seen if it will recongize it again

what do u mean by deleting it i have the mobile device center im running vista

concerning your drop calls it has happen to me before you might want to update your PRL found under setting/system/prl update usually works for me..if that dont work try calling your service provider see if they could help you.. Btw it happen alot when running stock rom, usually custom roms is the way togo..

have you tried hard reset anytime lately? and also have you tried a different radio?

theres a PRL update cab here a t Wckediden..theres cartain custom rom that dont have it..just do a search install and soft reset run update..when done soft reset again..hopefully it works

i will search for the PRL update cab and look for a diff radio dont much wat a radio is im about to look it up

if you hard reset or flash a different rom and still says unreconized device...Could be damaged port pins.Which is what im thinking by your comment you even tried usb it came with...thats all you should be using.

north and northeast have shown best with telus.
