Trouble with the camera

On my brother's mogul, he goes to take a picture, then he gets the error: "Unable to initialize camera. Failed to set up camera device." Then the phone freezes. Any suggestions for a fix. He's running a Sprint stock ROM. Thanks guys

hard reset and becareful of what he installs next time... or he can try n download the cam app and reinstal... or he can try reflashing stock or flashin a custom rom

but easiest might be to hard reset

the options above are all that you really have and would start with the hard reset if he wants to keep it on stock... but if you want to venture into custom roms the payoff is amazing and will bring a whole new love to the device for your brother.
