cant unlock startup screen

wassup everyone. ran into a problem, I hard reset my mogul back to the stock 6.1. restored my programs usiong swcked backup. after it reset it wont take my password that I had already programed. Ive tried the last for of my social, last four of my number,9999,1111 and 0000. the really stupid thing id this S?IT ha happened before but dont remember what I put in to make it work. Figured id ask here n search but couldnt find what i was lookin for before I call those Sprint people up. Any and all help is appreciated. b safe. peace. R

hard reset again make sure you really did a hard reset all programs that you installed should erase if they dont you only did a soft reset & let us know what happens after that..

Hey everyone. well did another hard reset< the old 6.1 booted up. this time I did not set up a password and made sure the keys were unlocked as i read that in one of the searches. reloaded my sprite backup and bam! good to go. finally. already was in the thought process of makin my phone grow wings! got ins. plus that touch pro 2 is lookin pretty nice. thanks for the help. if that does ever happen again is there a default code? think i put in every one there is? or id the process the same with hard resetting? thanks again. peace. Hold down the 2 hard buttons at the botton of your mogul and hit the Soft Reset at the same time. That will preform a Hard Reset. Then follow what it says to do to recover your phone.
