Windows Mobile does not have automatic redial functions built-in. However a free software could just do that.

DRZ400 is a member in the xda-dev community and he seems to be annoyed often by his drunk friends in the middle of the night who call him repeatedly just to say how drunk they are. That made him create this free application ZM Dialer for pocket pc.

This free software is packed with a lot of features like dial only until connection or multiple times with different intervals, turn on speakerphone automatically when connected and so on.
