[NEWS] Samsung may be preparing One UI 7.0 beta as a pre-Christmas gift

The One UI 7.0 (Android 15) beta program could arrive a week or so before Christmas. The latest rumor about the One UI 7.0 beta release date comes from Tarun Vats on X (formerly Twitter) and paints a different story than another rumor from just a week ago.

A few days back, a leaked roadmap said the first One UI 7.0 public beta will be released for the Galaxy S24 series in the first week of December. Today's rumor, on the other hand, says the beta update should start rolling out in mid-December.



Furthermore, the mid-December rollout will reportedly only be for the US, Korea, and Germany. These three countries are usually in the first phase of every One UI beta program. In the second phase, the beta will come to India, Poland, the UK, and China.

There's no word on when the second phase will begin, but it could take a few weeks and Galaxy S24 users in the phase two countries might have to wait until 2025 to get their hands on the beta software. The same is likely to be true for owners of the Galaxy S23-series phones and other flagship Galaxy devices.
