Samsung customer support wants you really excited for One UI 7 beta
Samsung customer support has long been a laughing stock when it comes to its ability to provide accurate information about release dates of upcoming One UI beta updates, but it's a reputation they proudly wear on their sleeves.
That is probably why customer support at Samsung India is now telling inquiring users the release dates for not one, not two, but three One UI 7.0 beta updates for the Galaxy S24 lineup. If a customer service representative is to be believed, Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra buyers in India can expect the first One UI 7 beta update today, the second one on December 23, and the third one on December 30.
