MediaTek has announced it will introduce a "new generation of Dimensity chips" in China on December 23 at 3 PM local time. The Taiwanese semiconductor company didn't reveal the name of the chips it will announce the following Monday, but we expect one of them to be the Dimensity 8400 SoC. There is no word from MediaTek about the Dimensity 8400 SoC, but leakster Digital Chat Station said the Dimensity 8400 would be a 4nm chip with a 1+3+4 architecture.
