TL;DR

Pixel 9 and 10 users are experiencing a problem where pressing the speakerphone toggle in the Google Phone app lags or fails to respond.
It appears the latest version of the app is responsible for the issue.
Google confirmed that it wonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t fix the problem.

If the Google Phone appÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s speakerphone toggle has seemed buggy lately, youÃ¢â‚¬â„¢re not alone. Pixel 9 owners have been reporting problems with the button for the past few months, and now the issue appears to be affecting Pixel 10 devices as well. Unfortunately, it appears that Google has no intention of taking action.
