Hi All
This is my new job.
you need this progams for installing completely this skin :
wisbar advance v2.6 or later , wisbar advance desktop v1.4 , Resco Keyboard and Selboriyorker time.

Important : Extarct {Vista (Dark Blue Edition).cab} file on your PC it is not steup file

Resco keyboard : copy the edited pictures into the
program files\resco\keybskins\default\

Selboriyorker time : first installing Selboriyorker black47 skin , then copy the new picture into
program files\Selboriyorker time\selboriyorker Black47\

I dont take any credit for this theme
