under the binsign.zip folder open that up and there is an exe in that file alomg with a keygen havent had a chance to install but will after i get out of class.

the exe file asks me about "sis file, certificate file, key file and password key file" and then it says sign it

well first you have to unzip the file using a prgram like winrar and then install the cab file on you tilt but dude if you dont know what your doing dont mees with your phone

i kno exactly wut im doin, its not a cab and its an exe but requires passwords and other exe to run the app.
