So, if you're a power-user of a Handheld PC (H/PC) running Microsoft Windows Handheld PC Professional Edition version 3.0, go ahead and try these out. We've taken great care to ensure that PowerToys applications operate as they should. But please note that these tools are not a part of Windows and are not supported by Microsoft. PowerToys is available to you from Microsoft "as is," therefore, Microsoft Technical Support is unable to answer questions about PowerToys. Following the System Requirements and Instructions below, you'll find useful tips that will help you get the most from PowerToys.
