This Is the newer and improve windows its pretty cool i have tested it and it does work i have a Video THAT I MADE right here

1.Unzip this to Your Destop
2.Plug in the PSP using the USB cable
3.Copy the folder called ''pspwxp'' (without quotes) in the "ROOT FOLDER" of your PSP drive.
"ROOT FOLDER" - refers to the very topmost folder, the folder that contains the PSP and MP_ROOT folders. (Do not place the "pspwxp" folder inside of MP_ROOT, place it next to it and the PSP folder.)
4.Unplug the USB cable after it has finished copying.
5.Go into the internet browser of the PSP.
6.On the PSP Browser, go to Tools - Delete Cache and clear your Cache.
Then go to Tools - Settings - Cache and turn this to "Do Not Use"
Then turn off your PSP and restart it
7. After restarting your PSP, again go into the Internet Browser.
Type in the address "file:/pspwxp/index.htm" (without quotes)
8.Press enter
There You Go Enjoy
