Get a pre-paid dude. Greendot is what they are called. They dont ask for no type of id. Just go to walgreens, cvs or rite-aid and buy the card cost $9.95 to start off for your first loading. After that each time you want to put money on its $4.95. I am sure that when i signed up all they ask is for the name you want on the card and mailing address and stuff. All ages can have a greendot, got my little 12 year old cousin one for his birthday.
