No Its Not A Tool Bar You Click On The Program And Then It Tells U What Letter Stands For Programs,dvds,also Albums Then U Click On The Box Below That And Then U Go In2 Internet Explorer Or What Ever Ur Using And Then U Go And Type In A Letter In Ur Address Box Thats It For The Program Trust Me I Dont Like Tool Bars Aswell So I Know What U Mean So Have Fun And Keep Downloading
