Smartphone Webjal Loader Problem! PLEASE HELP!!!

I've searched the entire forum. I have read all there is to read about the loader on this site. I can't seem to find the solution. I have installed and uninstalled twice. I have active sync running. I have the patch and everything. I have used with and without the patch. I keep having the problem. Please help.


I'm getting a error:

GWebJal.exe-Application Error
The application Failed to initialize properly (0xc000005). Click Ok to terminate the application.

Try Reseting Your Regristry Mine Was Doing That So I Went In And Copy And Pasted It Again And It Worked

How exactly do you "reset" a registry?

I still have not received any help for this problem. I have tried different links and installed and uninstalled many times. What exactly do I need to do in the registry. I need instructions please.
