so i just went out and got a psp....
Ive been doing some reading and found out that if I have windows xp..(wich I do) that I dont need to install any drivers and that my cp will recognize the psp......well I connect my psp to my cp and choose usb connection on the psp and wait for it to say usb mode...(its still connected to my pc's usb port) and absolutely nothing happens....i dont get an error i dont get message saying that the usb isnt recognized....I get nothing..can any one please help a psp noob out....:help:

aight.. bout the umd loader and devhook_v010 i tried and it work for some game iso file but dont work for other, why is dats??? am askin dis b/c i dont want to download a game and find out that it dont work .. thank in advance:twigz:

ok my os is win xp
psp ver 2.50 the problem: i tryed to copy some mp3 files from my pc to my psp by just a simple drag-and-drop and it starts to copy then the memory light stops blinking and a mesage pops up in the pc saying the file could not be copied make sure you put the right path and some other shit that keeps pissing me off, well then i go to my psp because i have to disconect it cause after that happens the explere window where the psp folder was closes by itself. ok, now i go to the psp and search for the file and it says file corrupted, i tworked fine before i upgraded to 2.50 i had 1.50 before but now it giving me a hard time even transfering pictures did the same , but since pic are smaller in size it did transfer a few. then i installed sonicstage on my pc to see if sony was using they're known atrac format on the new firmware, but the frikking sonicstage didnt find any sound files supposedly in the folder that i have the music that i want to tranfer, that is also in mp3 format. i even formatted the memory stick and it didnt solve anything... so .... question: do i need a special software for tranfering data to my psp now that it is 2.50? or is something wrong with my psp? or help please, and please if u dont know what u talking about this is not 4 u ok, no hard feelings, peace out nice day :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

im havin a prob wit my psp....all ov a sudden it stopped reading gamez....weneva u put a umd in the lazer duznt read it and just startz skipping over it...i have tried numerous gamez and videoz...and styll nothin...have any ideaz yy dis happened? i neva dropped it or nothing..it worked and all ov a sudden it stopped reading everythng...i got it from my friend cuz he got a new 1.

aight.. some of the game i d/l from torrent site come with iso file and i put dats in the iso folder and use dev.hook to load the game it work perfect!!But some of the file come with R00-R08 i have no idea how to run these file???please helppp..

I have a problem i want to kno how to make mp3 take up less memory space so that i can fit more in my memory card...i have tried with cool edit pro but i havent figured out how to do it.
