This kit is used to unlock your Motorola RAZR V3
if you have no need to unlock your phone or dont know what unlocking does then this is NOT for u
Depending on which version of Bootloader your phone has depends on which instructions we will follow


Id also like to add that neither of these processes will NOT DELETE any type or form of USER DATA on the phone

                                            DOWNGRADE PROCESSES

----------------------------------------------BOOTLOADER 8.26------------------------------------------------------
If your RAZR has Bootloader 8.26 installed then you will need to navigate to the BL-=8.26 downgrade folder and open the downgrade.exe file, next plug your phone in (after you do this there is no turning back) and wait DO NOT TOUCH THE COMPUTER during this process. All in all it will take about 6-10 minutes to fully complete the downgrade. After the downgrade has finished you will now have BL.07.D0 installed this is the ultimate version of BL. In order to obtain the ultimate version though we must savrifice the nice GUI of BL8.26 for well NO GUI of BL.07.D0 This is not a problem though. Just plug your cell phone into the computer turn it on and hold down the * and # buttons. your phones keypad will briefly light up and then go dim shortly thereafter you should either hear a beep meaning your phone is connected or you will receive a message asking you to install the hardware drives in which case point it to the driver folder included in this kit.

NOTE:it is normal for BL 07.D0 to not show any picture when in BootLoader

PRE-INSTALL NOTES- it is not necessary for you to perform a BL downgrade, although this version of BL is the best 1 out there, it is recomended though, but remember you DO NOT HAVETO DOWNGRADE and can SKIP TO THE UNLOCKING SECTION

for those of you with BL8.23 you are lucky because you have the easiest downgrade method known to man...simply install RSD_LITE_2.5 (google it) and then open up the "BL07D0_for_BL0823_Downgrade.shx" file (also included), plug your phone into the computer, if its not recognized point the computer to the drivers folder included in this packagage,  Once your computer recognizes the phone, click the flash button and wait about 2-3 minutes for the process to complete. u may have to power your phone back on manually (i cant remember). THATS IT YOUR DONE

this is also a 3 step process(takes about 2 mintutes) first install Universal Simlock Remover(found here:http://free.freegsmteam.com/usr110.zip) After that is done. open it up, click the plus next to motorola and select the motorola v80 v220 E380 C450 C650 Unlocker. i know it doesnt say V3 but it works trust me double click on that then boot your phone up in bootloader (turn it on and hold *and#) then plug it in2 the computer and click unlock. a message will come up saying "performing cumming" LOL and then it will say complete or something like that and VOILA u have just sucessfully unlocked your RAZR V3
