smart scrolling/ pan scrolling with finger

how can i get smart scrolling (finger scrolling), like on the touch, on my mogul? i know that it's one of the features of Swcked pocket plus, but i don't want that whole package, i just want the scrolling.

you can use SBB and uncheck everything exept smart scrolling so you have only that feature and save the RAM

ya i might just do that, but i dont wanna waste the memory for the unwanted features. any other ways?

well if you dont have them checked it doesnt consume the memory (RAMwise)
but another option might be to download finger friendly programs like pocket CM(contacts), SMS chat(texting), S2P(music), S2V(pics), PIE Plus 2.2(internet) but in my opinion its too much trouble if the only thing tou want is scrolling, so your best bet is Swcked
