man i am trying to overwrite the file it say's it protected ..
i found the htc home pictures in windows folder but i didnt find the htc home folder,
how can i over write the files???

you have to go into start>settings>today and in the items tab you have to uncheck htc home to deactivate the plugin before you can overwrite the files

not sure why that would still happen..try using resco file explorer to overwrite the files

yea you can bro all you have to do is place the image in your storage card than double click on the image. once you double click on the image it will open it up in your camera album. once you got that go to settings/options in the bottom right and choose to have the picture as your wallpaper....... when it asks for transperancy set it to 0%

its just a home skin.....

1. skin the home plugin to have the clock and the tabs that you want
2. than deactivate the homeplugin from start/settings/personal/today/items
3. add htc home to ultimate launch
4. save and enjoy
5. DONE.|
