just got it installed and wow this shit is amazing! i just had htc touchers wm7 look maxed out and this shit is crazy. Its on my 6800 and is so fast and smooth. im ready to flash so i can start clean again!

haha thats the first thing that popped in my mind when i saw this. As soon as i got this working i installed all of htctouchers wm7 skins and now my touch is so smooth and purrrrty :brows:

your pocket cm and what else? you seen the wm7 touch it skins for audio and comm and others right?

i keep getting unsuccesfull install on the audio? ive tried redl'ing it to see maybe if it was a bad dl but still no go!

It goes through the process of installing but when it gets to the end it says that there's no security privileges..... Im just gonna hard reset and try it on a clean touch.....

what rom are you running??? mine has that feature disabled so i never got that message.

you can use sktools to disable that

same here! and i dont know where to locate the files that it pulls from. same thing on photos and also when i click my internet browser nothing happens! But with more updates still coming im still in amaze of how fast it is!

i had the original audio manager installed and i installed the one in the link, PRESTO!!!

use the missing dll's in the first post for the pics (it reads from the device mamory) and the internet is mapped to open operaL.exe in the windows folder so you need Opera for the globe to work

word well dunno about the audio manager still but could it be because i have these located on my storage card? since i have the 6800 i hate to place them on the device if i dont need to !

If you want to change the background for all the pages just find your favorite wall and rename it: hh_fw_background.png drop it in the windows directory on your device and soft reset.

i installed both, the audio manager in the first post and a audio manager that i had stored in my PC (older version) and it works fine now, even though you need to play one song in the application and you can control it from the today screen from there....

and the youtube app was posted already

but its hit or miss cuz it doesnt work with some roms, looks like there is a file in custom roms that makes it work (they havent figured out which yet) but it works with Kaos Hybrid take 1 for Touch

Ok I got everything working at last... except the utube videos don't actually load it goes to the video screen loading and freezes there. also I lose all the added contacts from that screen at every soft reset... thats lame... The audio manager.. I should have tryed mine before loading the one at the beggining of this tread cause I uninstalled that one and now it works...lol I also unloaded the touchflow and loaded htc home screen and started the audio manager there started a song closed the htc home and restarted touchflow and could control the song from there now it works everytime. even after a reset. very close to being perfect now I can finish skinning it... hehehe. DAM ITS SO FAST the only problem with the skinning part is the only way to change the text colors that I can tell is to do it from the registery witch is fine for me but not everyone will want to do that for each skin... Hopefully someone will write a xml script for the text entry changes... or maybe I just havent found them... I will figure this puppy out soon... still its the best dam interface yet for this phone in my opinion.

Hey babe. Are your contacts stored in the cube?With mine, I didnt have to set anything bc it reads what you have stored in your cube. The list in my cube is the same as on my touchflo contacts. But for some reason I still cant get the photos working and its about to drive me insane!! Everything else works except photos/videos. Grrrr. Dagnabbit!

For the pictures they must be in the device/pictures folder for them to work I had to move them from the storage card and now they show up.

They are on the card. I figured out what it was...didnt have HTC Album 2.0 installed. Once I installed the album they pulled up like a dream.....ooooh wee, i think Im moist lol!... Now if YouTube wud stop freezing and actually play everything wud be great!

what browser are you using? installed the htc diamond album and got the picture tab to pull off of my sd card!

lol...I second that emotion! Everything on mine is lovely except YouTube. Even got the red theme going which is HELLA hotttt! YouTube is gonna be the death of me. I give up until someone has a sure fire solution.

Well this was ALMOST a perfect install for me. Besides the youtube app, the audio tab still does the (searching...) So I tried just to open the audio manager app but it won't let me open the app. It just says that it isn't signed with a trusted certificate or a component cannot be found. And when I select library from the left soft-key, nothing happens. I'm guessing that the audio manager just isn't working for some reason. Has any one else run into this problem?

I'm running into this same problem. However, it does open up with the previous version of HTC Audio Manager, but it messes up the Library when you try to open it using the soft key. That doesn't work when the TouchFlo opens Audio Manager. But if I open AudioManager on its own or add it to the start up folder (library function works then), everything for the most part works fine...But when I switch songs, it doesn't update the songtitle/artist on the screen unless i move to another tab then move back to the Music Tab. Also, doesn't show any album art, not sure if it supposed to.

Just loaded the touchflo 2d on my touch and I cant get the music to load without getting cannot play the file error for windows media player . Also i have all the photos saved to my storage card so the photo icon says no photos available Help!

you need the latest diamond photo album to get the pics from the card, otherwise it only reads from the device. and the trick i used to get the music working is to install htc audio manager and also install the audio manager in the first post.

Hahaha I did it after 4 or 5 hours I have finally figured out how to change the Icons with masking to load new ones into the theme files.... I belive I am the first as so far I have only seen people change the colors... [changing just the colors is kids stuff] I have to be honest I almost gave up as everything I tried was screwing it up for a long time... I still have work to do but that was a huge stumbling block that I have overcome. Yippieee for me. now another 80 or so hours and I will have this thing looking pimped out bigtime... :o)

I didn't even think about getting the photos off of my card, so I went looking for that photo album with no luck. What name should I search for?
And my contacts were deleted after a soft-reset and I can't add them again. Both for my contacts and programs I can't add anything. I could add them once, but never again.
