ALIENX-by-PROBEX for Diamond PRO

Hello Junkies how are you today...
Ok here it is the skin for the phones I don't own....lol



HTC touchflow 3D skin tested on the Diamond and PRO but should work on
any phone running the real TF3D VGA

FIRST DOWNLOAD THIS CONFIG TOOL FOR THE THEME FILE IF YOU DON"T HAVE IT ALREADY...

Included in the .zip

1. AlienX.theme file -install first
2. AlienX wallpaper - set as your wallpaper
3. AlienX .tsk file - load into your my documents folder and set as the active task on today settings
4. AlienX dial skin.cab - install as you would any .cab file [yes its uninstallable]
5. AlienX matching volume control slider -install as you would any cab [yes its uninstallable]
6. AlienX S2U2 gfx - If you use S2U2 just upload the contents of this folder to your S2U2 graphics
folder on your ppc and overwrite when prompted [for best results in your S2U2 settings deactivate
top and bottom curtains and select /clock folder as active]
7. AlienX ThrottleLock 4.0 skin - load contents to your throttlelock gfx folder and overwrite when prompted


Whew... I guess that's it... this project took over a month to complete as its a huge challenge to create and test a skin without having the phone... If you would like more Tf3D skin from me donate so I can get the phone and test myself... lol

KNOWN ISSUES

the dial skin on the touch pro has 2 buttons when "in a call" that I could not find to skin the same as the rest, If anyone locates those to buttons let me know and I will skin them to match.

Not sure I know what your talking about? Unlock code? if your talking on the throttlelock I believe you can set it to whatever pattern you wish.

yes that is true right through file explorer/program files/throttle lock/than throttle lock settings.

Awesome theme except click on Calendar on main screen does not open Calendar, I have to do it via Start Menu.

what an amazing theme!!! I LOVE IT! couple things I came across...not sure if it's just me, but the pics look like this to me:
see the "next" pic...how its white....

when I flip it - theres nothin (just on the stock pics - all storage card pics show fine)

in full screen when I single click the pic, the options are in the middle of the screen

album options - comes up small and only half screen

i dont have either of the two troubles............ try to reinstall the theme through the config tool.

There is nothing I can do to fix this as I have not changed anything that effects the operation of the phone or TF3D the only thing I have touched is the graphics if something in the software is not working its not because of the theme....[at least that I can think of] Unfortunately I can't even test this problem for you as I don't own a Diamond or PRO.... I did not change any part of the calender or even any graphics from the calender can someone else here test to see if they get the same problem... and also what type of phone are you using?

It's only a minor glitch, I will grin and bear it :) Using Touch Diamond (not cdma) with original rom.

Hi all I am new here so I just want to take this time to say hello. But I want to thank probex for this theme but also i am having trouble getting the proper graphics for the TF3D icons the problems is i can't find were to place the SUS2gfx files for them to take effect any help would be appreciated

you need to have the appropriate s2u2 app installed... then drop the files in the gfx folder in Program Files/S2U2/gfx/***

ok, maybe im doing something wrong here, but when i set as wallpaper it doesnt make it the wallpaper. instead its black and when i hit the start button its in there? (the green wallpaper)

set the theme that is included than go to settings on touchflo and than go to choose wallpape and choose the background image that you want to use.....

I just downloaded the file but im dont really understand how to download. i try and open up the theme fileon my phone and it gives me and error.. can someone help me on how to install this theme

PLEASE Find the touchflo3d config 0.6.7. thread thats whats you need. Please read and search as this has been dicsussed before,

did you install the cab file and than run the program..... your doing something wrong....... wont open the browser unless you are clicking on the config files.

Does this work on the 6900? I can't get it to run on my vogue. I got wisbar Advance 3 and S2U2 installed on my phone, I probably forgot smthn, I am new to this. This skin looks bad ass!! I hope I can make it work. any help will be appreciated!! Thanks!

:shameonyou: This one is for the Diamond or PRO not the 6900 got get touchflow2D and look in the touchflow 2d section for the theme that will work on your phone. :o)

easy playing around with it i installed the touchflo and installed the skin.looks fine portrait but not landscape

the first one??? This is the only alienX for the diamond or PRO not sure what your talking about... I'm also not sure how my instructions are so hard to follow? they are pretty detailed..... both on the release notes here and in the .zip file read me?

this will not work on your touch aka vogue.... this si for the touch pro or diamond since they are the only 2 with touchflo3d not 2d

Thanks DASH- I have now gone to install this for the touchflo2 which should work for my 6900.. but now my phones all f*ckd up. the S2U2 doesnt work now and I cant uninstall and reinstall it(no wallpaper, no slider,cant get out without soft reset) . can you help me out? should I have uninstalled my diamond and pro download first????????

You may have to hard reset by the sounds of it...... back up your personal information first tho.....

So I installed this on my HTC Touch Pro... when i slide the keyboard out it sorta glitches and doesnt give me the usual HTC shortcuts.. but when sliding the keyboard back in it returns to normal... is there a fix for this by any chance?

Is there a way to get rid of the banner at the top of the contacts picture so it doesnt cut off the heads of the pics? Or should i just try and mess with the pics I'm using?

cut the heads off? sounds liket he pictures may be sized wrong....... do you happen to have any screenies?
