Default Touch Pro Theme installation

I am still having trouble installing themes. I read all the threads and they all them me the same thing.
"First you need to have installed Diamond TF3D Config installed on your phone. Second step is to download the theme you want and save it to the following location "Internal Storage\Themes\", if this folder is not available you should create it for yourself. Run the Diamond TF3D Config and go to its second tab called Appearance. At the top you should view dropdown box, from which you can select the theme you've previously copied. Next steps are to click on Apply button after which you will be shown a new screen with Start button on it. Just tap it and wait few minutes to have the theme correctly installed."

I installed the TF3D Config it works. Download themes. Created a Themes folder on my stroge card. The problem is after I go to paths(on the Config tool) and click the stroage card file than the theme file press ok and click the drop down menu the themes do not appear. The drop down menu is blank! It's not as easy as download themes put them in folder than click file on path and press ok! I seen the videos on youtube! Did the same exact steps. What do I do to the themes after I down load them besides put them in the Theme folder I made?

you dont need to make the folder try to just drop into a random folder on the card or the main memory and see what that does for you.

the ones that are just loose files take them and zip them up into a folder named to match the theme....... than go to rename and change the prefix from .zip to .theme and you will be fine.
