I have had the same issue with the contacts. I also had an issue where my outlook contacts kept coming up when i would try to open "all people" or contacts. Icontact wouldn't open. seems like all was fine once I synced to my computer. I also wanted to mention BJ that in case you didnt know, it seems like this rom didnt already have .net 3.5 compact framework. once I installed that cab, other than the contact issue it has been running much better. One other thing, do you know what the issue is with voice command not announcing who is calling. I can get it to do everything else but announce who is calling through my bluetooth.

Yes you are correct the .net 3.5 compact framework is not built in... I will incorporate it in the next build.....There are a lof of other bugs I see now that I have ran this for a while. Its gonna take sometime to fix, but I WILL GET ERRR DONE!! Thanks for all the feedback staff and members that have flashed! THANKS!

Ok Bid Jew here is what I have ran across. 1st off I love the rom itself. All the programs ran smooth. The issue I have is with the font or something like on the weather it shows some crazy # or something on the left side here is the screen shot. I also love that you put the weather data base in there. I know it helps me because I live in a pretty small city and I know I love seeing my city up there and not one from 40 miles down the road.The diamond tweak was also a nice one. Google maps ran smooth. This is a great rom BJ thanks for sharing it with us.

your RUU in this download is different than the RUU i got from the xda thread. is there something you added or is the RUU i dl from xda bad?? they're both for the TP but yours has an extra file and mine has a different file than yours.

well BJ's RUU has LaunchPPST.exe and the one i dl from xda doesn't and BJ's has ROMUpdateUtility.cfg while mine doesn't but mine has UI.dll and BJ's doesn't. Are any of these files really important and if so, which ones, could i just copy and paste em in my RUU?

if your flashing jews rom i woudl use his ruu since its there for a reason... if not, and the nbh doesnt have a ruu use the one from xda with that one.

i just flashed like 2 minutes ago and a few things right off the bat:
thank you for not making iContact the primary contact program. I didn't like that in Kaos' for the Mogul because you cant do certain things in icontact. please keep it this way in the final. i actually like having that battery meter at the top.. it's very helpful in programs.
like the wait cursor.
i think the font on the Calendar tab of TF3D should be smaller so that you can see all days of the month. the 20's only show 2...

And i LOVE the fact that you can actually use the volume keys to change the volume. with stock rom, you have to press the vol key, then touch the screen for the mode. thanks for that!
will keep testing further!

i dont know why but S2U2 works weird on here. it doesn't work right or the same as on the stock rom. i installed and configured it and i used a different picture that didn't show up at first, then it showed up after a few soft resets and the slider had become smaller randomly. after that, i would turn on the screen and the slider would be gone with no background.

also, its not letting me run the TF3d config tool. keeps saying error

known problem with s2u2 and the config tool you have to delete the tweaks folder from program files under file explorer.

Well guys here is an update! MURdEr ROM Beta 3 is being uploaded now. I have fixed all the issues you were having. Weather shows up correctly in TOuchflo3d. Touchflo3d does not reset anymore. Switching from portrait to landscape is no longer resetting touchflo3d. Touchflo speeds have increased significantly! Picture mail is now installed. No more ERRORS! NEEDS TESTERS PLEASE ADVISE!!!!

Yep, you can always flash custom over custom:)

Yes, just as stated. Since you are unlocked, you can flash like you would any other CUSTOM ROM.

initial testing is beyond excellence. super SUPER fast, and reactive. for some reason the 'x'(close) button at the top is more sensitive than other roms i've tried which automatically puts it way up there on my list. will continue testing tonight and thru tomorrow and I'll let ya now BIG A! you doing good work on this one, bro!

Yes the page pool makes everything relly sensetive.(more reponsive). This ROM is like night and Day from the initial BETA. I appreciate the feedback and will be looking for more of your feedback tomorrow. Thanks again! FYI: Check out the right softkey (action button). Also, use the arrows on the ONSCREEN keyboard when selecting text. They keyboards are the Exact ones from the TOUCH HD!

Once more thing.... The FINAL RELEASE will have 3 different VERSIONS! Just like my VoGuE ROM there will be a Stripped version, FULL apps version, and lastly, JeW's LikEs (my version). So all the testers keep that mind.....

All in all the rom is super sexy and super fast. The only thing I'm having trouble with, and its prob because I'm a noob is that when I try to install other programs that are .zip like pimback up it does not let me install. Is there a sep program that I need, or am I doing something wrong. I will post pick if someone can tell me how to upload them to Wckediden.

This may sound like a stupid question but I have Total Commander and I'm trying to change the third splash/boot screen and I cant find it, would you be able to tell me what is it labeled as or how do I replace it. Sorry for the noob question. Other wise everything is sick and super fast I'm loving it.

Yo can make it easy by using the advance config tool. Its got an option to change the splash screens and the startup/shutdown gif:)

rename the image you want to "welcomehead192.png" I believe thats the file name. then drop it in the windows folder using total commander....... :noob:

Pros:
Rom is good no problem with sending pics or any other mess. Internet is super fast no lag what so ever. Menus flow fast and programs change almost instantly, weather has my town which is awesome. I love the config tool it allows you to do mostly everything almost idiot proof (which is me).


Cons:
Sometimes not all it will restart the touch flo 3d I noticed it was only happening when I was adding programs to the programs tab. Not sure if it supposed to be this way but the calender tad does not allow you to go in and add an appointment. Not sure if its just me but when I go in to the today settings to change background theme it does not change unless I uncheck the touch flo 3d item.

Hope this helps, I will continue to us over the next few days hopefully you have the final version soon. All in all a very stable rom I would def recommend people your way.

You cant change the TF3D wallpaper from the today settings, you have to do it from the settings tab on tf3d. But yes, I was experiencing the dreaded tf3d reset while I was adding programs to the quick launch tab.

Yeah I tried that also and it still did not change even after soft reset, I'm going to try and reflash and see if that works, but as of now i tried in both places from the settings tab and from the today settings screen.
