[READ ME] Jeffie2walgreens Raflle Touch Pro Pics (Custom Battery Cover)

well heres the pics of what i did to the touch pro raffle winners battery cover and the phone itself. ( this was the diamond one that had a little twist) but the pictures show some debris on the camera lens and some imperfections and swirl on the cover itself but that all buffed out and isnt there anymore. i would show you pictures of the phone after the buff job (which is just gourgous and perfect :>) but i wasnt thinking and already packed it up before taking new pics..... tell me what you think since this was all a custom pinstripe and ghost job on the letters that i did in about 10 minutes or so... the whole process only took me about 25 minutes max and was actually done in a stirafoam cup thats the size of a solo party cup. well here it is and tell me what you think :>

seriously D/\SH..clean ur room! lol..nice job on that battery cover...and well while we're on the subject..i wanted to repaint my mogul cuz it has a few scrapes on the housing..any tips on what type of paint i should use so that it wont peel or chip off easily??? thanks! and like i said the phone is sweet :)

hahaha thnaks and thats just some of my shit since im visiting my parents up in michigan right now lmao.... but you will want to use an acrylic based paint to stick on your housing... you will have to take the housing off of the phone and than prep it byscuffing with some 1000 grit sandpaper so the paint can stick. you will want to spray the paint in 5-6 THIN layers. (you should see the original color until the 4 coat or so) than once that dried you will spray some automotive clear coat (buy in can at walmart) and spray 2-3 light to medium coats and let it dry overnight.... than once you have done that get some 1500 grit wet sandpaper and sand that done very lightly until the whole cover gets dull (careful around edges will burn through to paint easily.)than once the whole cover is dull jsut take some car buffing agent and buff that in a couple times until it is all rubbed into the cloth and the housing. than take you favorite car polish and polish her up and make her look good :>

yuppers and the pinstriping tape is like a vinyl letter. basically i lay the design liek i want it to be freehand than i rub on the design to make sure it sticks and than pull the paper back and tap it down and than dunk into the dye :>

i would charge 15 bucks for the battery cover die job to help include shipping back and the dye itself and the gas to get there and pick it up since the closest walmat is about 15-20 minutes away

you can get a flat black and still use the cleat coat and not have it be glossy...... you just need to make sure that you get a true flat black.... i would also recommend using an automotive spray gun or a airbrush..... and the clear coat is needed otherwise the paint will scratch and come off very easily.
