PPC 6800 Flashed 2 Cricket Frezzing problem

First off I would like to Thank The guys for this bad ass website jand wish i could have found it before spending about $150, any how i have a HTC mogul that was flashed over to Cricket service after about 2 months with the phone i had some problems with the phone i belive i got a virus due to the files all being symbols and showing sizes of 2, 3, and even 4 gigs went to get reflash and the guy flashed it with an updated version and now the phone keeps frezzing every min of the day and sometimes wont restart with the soft rest i have to take the batt. out and wait a while to get it to turn back on sometimes frezzes on startup and wont start up all the way i dont know if this is software or hardware problems the phone is missing two screws from the back plate so dont know if its due to so many drops or just need a diffrent flash if any one could help me out with this i would greatly apprieate it.

Hahaha, holy crap that was one long sentence!!! But I would recomend doing a hard reset(that will rule out any software problems), and if that doesnt work, try a new ROM, and if that still doesnt work, then I would say the phone is shot from all the abuse it went threw.

Sorry about the puncution, ill keep that in mind from now on. I was searching the fourms for instructions on how to do a HARD reset, but could not find any info. Except for people just talking about it, so long story short how da heck do i do a HARD reset??

To perform a hard reset:
1. Press and hold both softkeys on the device. Keep these keys pressed, and at the same time, use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of your device.

the soft keys... the two buttons above the phone control buttons

mmmmm i would go get the newest radio and try to flash that...... see what that does for you
