I tried to copy this file to my skins folder but it isnt working could you tell me how to get this to work please

What do you mean it isnt working? What does it say/do? What phone are you trying to install it on? What exact steps did you take?

I installed it on the diamond and it didn't work I put the download in skins folder and throttle lock keeps showing a error can u help me pls

you need to unrar the file first.....then put it in the skins folder.

I used win rar to unzip files then put the folder in the skins folder and throttle lock gives of an error so what iam doing wrong
