Ill add some screenshot and maybe a direct cab later today, but if you want to try this awesom app..the downloadd link to the cab is provided

I wanted to share a program I've been working on - it's basically an enhanced Caller ID. On incoming SMS or phone calls a window pops up that displays,


- The full name of caller
- Address of caller with a map link
- The number of FTC and caller complaints (to tell if its a spam call)
- Telco name and location (can tell what carrier the call is from)
- Relatives of caller (with age!)
- Criminal History

I've also added the ability to add the caller to the contacts book, return the call, and look at past calls.

I've only tested and ran this on the HTC Touch Pro and it works well, even for unknown cellular calls. It's kind of crazy the information you can get.

Release Notes --

- NetCallerID waits until the call is answered or finished before doing the network calls. For the most part, the network connection is unavailable until the phone call is ended.
- If roaming is enabled NetCallerID waits until your out of roaming.
- All history of calls are in the program files\netcallerid\calllogs directory in html format. You can view these with Opera or Pocket IE.
- The setup automatically starts the program. I also put it in \Windows\Startup to start when you re-start the phone.

Instructions:

Just download the cab and run it on the device. It will automatically start and also start on reset.
This is very alpha. I'm not liable for anything, run at your own risk, etc etc etc.

I have gone ahead and taken the liberty of adding the screenshots...with a program like this with no big name support...people have to see some screens before they place on their phones...so ICEM/\N has got u guys covered above....

thanks ICE... I posted this from mmy mobile and didnt have time to dl images annd do thhe whole photobucket thing... appreciate the help!

foor touch pro so yes... although so far thats all itss been tested on, will probably woork for diamond... not suure abouut qvga

well i put it on my omnia and it works but its not setup for wqvga screens....you can still see everthing and it works great by the way

i just installed on my diamond, everything works but no info comes out..all that comes out is the phone number and wether the number is reliable or not...but no name or address, any idea

Working great on my TP... not sure what the problem is for yahl.. Im suspecting, it may have something to do with the information available on public access for whoever is contacting you... i suggest lettin it run a lil longer, to see how it responds with various contacts... if it still doesnt work, let me know l8a or tomorrow, n ill see what I can figure out...
