Here is a potentially exciting feature for all ROM builders.. It seems that XDA has hacked the Over The Air Updates for ROM updates and could

Da_G, major XDA-Dev contributor, has taken the time to figure out the rather complex implementation of the feature, and has successfully used it to install a new ROM without disturbing any user data.



To make the process more universally applicable some more work will need to be done, and updates will only be possible for devices that already have the right certificates, meaning its likely the first ROM will still have to be flashed the usual way, but if this feature gets widely adopted it may mean your favourite ROM cook will be able to push out updated software to your smartphone at any time, without the hassle usually associated with this.

hahaha i know but we dont have the team together yet to tackle something like that... we will jsut have to wait a little longer to get a name ofr ourselves and get people like that... so basically just give us some time look at how much longer they have been up than us and that means they have way more members that can make that happen.

DAmn...thats Major!... I loved to see the happen.... maybe, this'll get opted over to the DB/decibel roms soon (which is what im currently runnning) which is basically Da_g's rom converted to CDMA.... gotta luv it!... looking forward to seeing this progress!
