extract on your pc to the cab files than drag over.... pretty big files to be unzipping on your device.

Ok this doesn't work for me. :( HTC Touch Pro... followed these instructions:

1.Disable TF3d from today settings [VERY IMPORTANT]
2.Install TF7X-by-PROBEX.cab
install takes a long time like 6 min or so...
reset when prompted.
3.[CDMA-dial-skin] Install S2A-TF3d.cab
reset when prompted
4.Install PROBEX-blue-VGA.cab
reset.

Now you should be totally redesigned

I found two different TF7X-by-probex.zip files on two different forums.

One has:
PROBEX-blue-MightRom-taskbar.cab
S2U2-full-TF7X-VGA.cab
TF7X-preview.png
TF7X-WHITE-FONTS-BY-PROBEX.zip
Throttle-Lock-TF7X.zip

The other has:

Important-Read-This-Seriously
PROBEX-blue-vga.cab
S2A-TF7X-PROBEX.cab
TF7X-by-PROBEX.cab

well I installed those 3 cabs in the order specified in the txt file on my phone after moving them onto the 4GB microSD card, and the only change I can see is the bar at the top has different icons for the sig strength and battery icon and such up there.


What am I doing wrong? :( I tried this while using the SsS-Rom and the Juicy Rom. No luck on either one. :(

*note* only the last file on the readme told me to restart the device.

After reading thru a lot of these posts I found out you have to install the programs to the device and not the SD card so I got 99% of this theme to work and it looks like pure sex. EXCEPT for the fact that I cannot get the background to load up in the background :( It's just a black screen. When I power on the phone you can see the background while TF3d loads and it looks funny but its there, then once TF3d loads the bg turns black.


Thanks to the forums anti spam under 5 posts rules I cant post the direct links but it's over at the XDA developers forum where I first found this sweet theme.

I've noticed a lot of your attached files have redundant instances of the white fonts zip too. You might want to clean up the attachments so your files are a lot less confusing :) I tried installing the white fonts and failed miserably.

Also where is this TL file to install the lock slider you made? :(

Now I'm having issues getting the background image to display. All I have is a black background.

You have to set your wallpaper from the "settings"tab in tf3d. Just click the wallpaper, select "no" then browse to the "My Device" and "My Document" folder. The wallpapers will be there, just choose one.
And the throttle lock theme is attached to the first post. You will, of course, need the actual throttle lock program. Which we also have here, in the WM Applications forum.

I went to start -> settings -> today -> items tab -> clicked on touchflo 3d -> options box doesnt light up.

am I in the right place?

hi you have to do that in your tfd3 settings tab no start and settings oke just like superman said and the files for throttlelock copy them to your throttlelock folder you have to instal that first offcorse

Any idea why after getting a phone call my phone acts like one of the programs is stuck in an open loop and slowing my phone down to crap? Power cycling the phone clears up the problem, but no theme is worth having to restart my phone after every call :P

Its so bad that I'll try to run task manager to see whats the cause and it just will not even open the start menu, but I can navigate thru the T3d portion, and then the menus will start to get jumbled up all over the screen.

I have the S2U2 slider installed now too.

well its not the theme i can tell you thiat since i have ran this in the past for a long time and never had any troubles with it what-so-ever.... did you follow all the steps and disable touchflo before install and install in the correct order? also what rom are you running? do you have s2u2 installed bugging out with a stic slide2answer?

did you install the white cab? as discussed through the thread already the white cant be changed so if you go with it you may have troubles reading things.

there is no way to changet he color of that..... thats the problem as discussed in this thread with it..... but many still wanted it.

Hat's off to you PROBEX this is probally the sickest theme I've ever seen on the HTC PRO. I tryed sending you a Donation but something is worng with your Paypal so please check it. Also I have try to install this theme and I keep getting an error message when I click on the TF7X-by-PROBEX zip file. it just wont open. Please help.

Thanks for the quick reply Dash. I finnally got it loaded on the phone but the back ground is black but the spask screen is there at boot up all the icons are there and it only turns blue when I scroll. I load the TF7 white and the gray fix but the back ground is still black please help.

you have to apply the wallpaper. go to the settings tab from touchflo by scrolling to the right and than go to wallpaper.... it will than tell you to choose your wallpaper.... navigate through the list to the main device and tan my documents and you will find 3 different windows 7 wallpapers that will now be in there thanks to probex :) let me know how that works for you and if that takes care of the troubles that you are experiencing.

thus why the exclamation mark and thus a good thing to read through the thread or at least browse because it has been mnetioned many times through ths thread that for some reason no matte what he couldnt get it to work..... so if it bugs you that much than go to a different theme and dont really understand why they even have it in landscape sicne you owuldnt be able to see crap when selecting from your apps.

well thats the dialer skin and you would have to install that which is attached above.

it doesnt enable itself, instead I checked the windows folder and it uses incomingcall.bmp which is the default but the probex file is incomingcall.png

First off I want to say this is a great Skin! I am now a forever fan of your work Probex. Donation to stop the wife from nagging is coming on payday this is well worth it! LOL........

I have one issue that maybe someone can help with. When i hit start i can faintly see the options that i have to choose like settings and programs. How do i fix it so i can see it. I thought is was in a blue color before i finished installing everything.

if you installed the white version its because of that.
