Touch Pro Question Touch Flo 3d

I have had this same problem with 2 different Touch Pros. When I use Touch Flo 3D, and use the picture viewer, I am looking through my pictures and between the third and fourth picture it will just lock up, give me a black screen, say loading touch flo 3d, and put me back at the home screen.

I thought it could be the picture type, but I checked it. I thought it could be some of the mods, but did a hard reset. I thought it could be a bad sector on the memory card, so I moved the pictures from the card to the device's memory. I even tried to use the camera to take some new pictures but it locks up every time. So finally I replaced the phone. I had them give me a brand new touch pro, and the new one has locked up also.

Any thoughts because all sprint and htc support say is we can replace your phone again.

same problem from time to time. Did you try running a custom ROM?

I had this problem too and I goggled it. What I came up with was a couple of threads and basically the fact is the tp doesn't like other pictures taken from other sources. For example I had a mogul before I swapped and I used the same memory card on my tp. I then noticed someone mentioned that as soon as you get to a picture that you took with your old phone (mogul for me) it would restart the touchflo.

mines working perfectly now. But htc/sprint should take care of this bug!

I did finally find solution to this a few days after they gave me brand new phone, but I have been bad about replying to this, because I had been busy working, but would like to spend more time here. I am very impressed with all this community has done. The problem was actually my memory card itself. Once I copied all of my data to a folder on my computer hard drive, I reformatted my memory card using a memory card reader on my pc, and then then I copied all of my data back ---- my phone had no problems reading pictures and scrolling them.


All good.

BTW using the new 6.5 found right her on Wckediden and it is the S|-| izzIT
