Ok i'll run it... Just on i got from here it's not one of the good ones like ur talkin about... Gonna have to find it tho.

I just copied my contacts and txt messades not the whole system and all...

I ran them individally...

After i do a clear storage then try to install the mms cab or do i need to flash back stock and start over?

i should've asked before, who is your service carrier?

did you flash to this rom from stock?

if so then run a clear storage, then try to send a pic. if that doesn't work then re-flash.

if you flashed from another custom rom, flash back to stock first.

No if you flashed right , pulled out battery , then hard reset you would not need to flash stock again. LIke Dash said install the carrier cab , the arcsoft mms.

anway just tested it and it sends and receives picture mail w/o any additional cabs.

Hey whats going on guys ? I really love this ROM but the one app thats been bugging me is the weather app, does anyone know where I can find the weather app from 6.1, I liked that on a lot better, the icon seem to be a lil more animated ... Thanks

what do you mean on touchflo? if so the one is touchflo 3d2 with the 4 days on the bottom including today waether and has the same animations as the original.... maby try a new rom with 2.1 built into it like the nrgz rom or something similar.... i havfent ever hasd troubles with hte aniumation and such through touchflo before and i dont think i have heard of anyone on this rom.,.... is it all working right besides that?

i was thinking the same thing. I don't remember 6.1 having any default weather app, aside from TF3D. I remember having to install the weather database to add custom cities. like with the latest NRG rom.

did you mean the animation from the weather tab?? It's pretty much the same except they shrank the icons to add the forecast like dash mentioned above.

No one has to posted anything but i am sure if you go the link posted at the bottom of the first post. It will take you too the creaters thread and there is tons of info there.

Ok, noob warning here. So please don't flame me too badly, LOL. I installed this rom two days ago and was wondering if anyone else is having problems with the youtube app. It would let me search just fine and give me the video thumbnails, but would give me a "cannot play this video" error on every vid. I'm paraphrasing on the exact error message. I then installed the youtube211.cab and can search just fine again, but get a codec error message on every vid. I'm assuming that it's a VGA issue?????? Thanks in advance.

hey guys. today I reflashed with the version 0209 stuffed, and now when I open my comm manager,wifi is not highlighted. I cant turn it on or off . Is there a fix for this. Thanks in advance

please ask in one thread only... no need for both but did you hard reset and take your battery out for a minute asfter flashing like you are supposed to do after each and every flash.

1. from a fresh rom flash, imedieatly unplug your phone from the computer, pull out the battery and let it sit for a few seconds.

2. reinstall the battery. turn the phone on and let it run thru the customization setup and it will restart.

3. after restart run a clear storage from the settings menu and let phone restart and run the customization.

OR

in step number 2 without turning on the phone, hold down the down volume key and, while still holding the key, hold down the center button, then press the power button, when prompted press the up volume key the proceed to step 3.

I have the same problems often when using this rom. When my phone rings the the touch sensor will circle around to show that its ringing but i cant answer the call. The phone often freezes up and requires a reset. Is something maybe corrupted or is this the result of a bad flash?

btw i am using SSS v0209 stuffed

Hmm sounds like it could be a bad flash bro i would do a hard reset and if the problem still occurs id flash to the same rom once again .Did u take out the battery for a min and do a hard reset after the install ?

I'm running v209 Stuffed and I've had this prob too with this version and previous versions. Most of the time it will answer fine or once i see it not answering after sliding it to answer, I just hit the talk but a million times til i see it answer the call. Doesn't always work tho. Tried You Tube app for the first time yesterday and it searched fine but said cannot play video. When I flashed, I did not pull the card tho. I'm a big fan of this ROM. It has its bugs but it works out the best for me so I deal with the minor issues. On a good note though, I have a tip for those of you having problems keeping a good charge or those that keep burning up car chargers like I was. I did a little googling on the TP and car chargers and found I was not alone with them burning up. Invest in a power inverter with a USB port on it. I bought small cig lighter one made by Duracell at Best Buy for $45 and I couldnt be happier. Had my fantasy draft yesterday(4 hrs) and still had 70% left! Usually it wouldve been close to dead. I prolly sent about 50 texts during and answered two 3 min calls. Before i bought it, I was constantly having to keep my charger with me in my pocket but not anymore! :)

great, ahahahaha, now that i've upgraded to the TP2, he FINALLY releases his latest creation.

his old roms had the freeze issue during customization. i fixed it by pulling out the battery and restarted.

many have reported the freezing over at ppcgeeks just on the customization part likeusual but after that they have said it is smooth sailing.

that's correct ppl, just keep soft resetting your phone until it finishes customizations properly, and if your phone freezes while trying to sync is bc you have to turn Data Connections "on" before connecting to your pc.

well i flashed this ROM and it is really nice until it keeps locking up and freezing i reflashed twice and each time it got worse ? lock up on start up now and will not get pass the orange screen that says windows? so i will flash back to the ENERGY ROM
