i work at a radioshack store. and have been for 3 yrs.. have been trying to leave for 2 1/2 yrs because of no advancement opportunities... and some people are just retarted... (including myself sometimes)

i've always had an itch for what else can my phone do... like backgrounds styles.. and stuff like that... i converted from a katana>samsung ??? had 2mp thought it was dope as hell and looked like a camera but was bulky as hell>samsung m300>touch (vogue).>htc Diamond!!!

i came up on this site through looking at my touch vogues cube.. i read it was customizable so i went crazy looking for information and how it could be tweaked.. and then i found this site and trust me... when i get a hint of interest for something i take it to an extreme... i went crazy on this site posted on every thread and everything... sorry for those who had to deal with all my stupid ??'s and everything... but thank you.. cause i learned a whole crap load about my phone... and you can say... i've always been a junkie... but now i have a place where i have friends who are the same.. ;>

I work for a radio shack franchise in a farm store called Shoppers Supply. Small town in the middle of iowa its about the only place to come and get anything farm related unless you drive 30 minutes so why not put a radio shack franchise in it. Sense I been working here prolly 3 years now its become a place alot of people come for tech help and information one might say i do alittle more than the job entitles like going and helping all the senior citizens that where to old to go on there roofs and upgrade there tv antennas for this digital bull.
I also cell Sprint phones in the store which is what got me started with the PPC I went through a couple really lame phones and then my buddy got a Mogul and I was like hmmm thats cool so I started checking around for what I could get and saw the touch drove 30 minutes to the other radio shack (I didnt want to deal with activating my own phone haha and we didnt have it in stock I would have had to wait 5 days). So I get there drop full retail price for my htc touch and was pretty happy but then I was like I hate this cube and started searching around my buddy wasnt to much help even though he owned a mogul he was to scared to actually do any modding to his phone other than downloading things. BUt he got me looking at Xda's site and I learned alot from there they got a good Vogue section but then I found Wckediden and I knew I was home now I got one crazy touch running win 6.5 which I never see cause I have the Android OS running non stop on it (which they have gotten super stable, hero not so much but hey its new).

What surprised me about this thread was that I only saw one other Radio Shack person wheres the nerds at? HAHA

sounds like a fun job :) thats something that would keep me entertained and thats for sure :) i would prolly end up building something though and getting sidetracked..... with me and electronics when installing or repairing i always get sidetracked and mod them to work better or to work for multiple things :)

hey im only 23... i missed out really on single life. i was 16 when i went to jail i got out when i was 18 and i met my wife and i have been with her ever sense.. she has kept me out of so much truble but i can't stand her at times... but being single is not everything once u find someone and ur with them for awhile and somethings happens and ur single, i will begin to miss having someone to come home to.

Lets see I started this stuff cause after years of saying I would not get a cell phone I went on youtube to see what one I would get if i got one. after seeing many videos of modded HTC touchs I stumbled onto D/\SH's videos came here bought the phone then decided.... mmmm looks ok BUT... I work at a nuclear facility doing infrastructre protection and defense. I am also on the night shift so, as you can imagine, we aren't super busy all the time. So, I needed something to keep me busy. i.e. PPC! I found d/\sshypoo on youtube as well and became a member immediately!

HAA Me What i do is I work with animals at our local theme/ animal care center Six Flags Discovery Kingdom (Vallejo CA) but yea i work on their helth , and just interacting with them to make sure there in great shape and happy but it is a very rewarding job gotta love animals.

My firs PPC was a Mogul YEAA now im rockn the SICK Touch Pro best on the market.
