Downloaded this ROM last night and started to toy with it this morning. The ROM froze on me during the first flash, so had to re-flash it. The second time went through smoothly. Overall the ROM is pretty stable and fast but I am not able to add any programs in the program tab and also a few times during the screen rotation, the screen will black out, only to pop back on when rotated back to portrait mode.

Unfortunately, I am at work so have not tried to sync it to outlook, I normally use Microsoft exchange and sync to google calendar and contacts.

I take it that the tp froze during boot up? Just pull the battery, wait 5 sec then place the battery back in and start up the bootloader. I flash my rom through the micro-sd card, seems to work the best and loads up fast. Good luck.

flash to a previous version of SsS via SD card, you're probably not following the right steps for manual bootloader. With your cell off, press Volume down + power button, keeping them pressed, now press the rest button, bingo!

I flashed this rom today and now I can't connect to the internet. I flashed to another rom and still can't. This has never happened to me with the pro that I have flashed probably 60x or more. Any suggestions?

reflash back to stock, aquire a data connection then flash the rom.

hey guys, I am having a problem. I flashed the ROM, disconnected and was rebooting phone. While I was in the process of rebooting & installing I received a phone call. Phone froze. It appeared to still be rebooting however, the progress bar did not move for a LONG time. I then did a soft reset. Everything appeared fine but when I go to setting, it takes me to the Touch Flo 3D settings.

I tried to reflash the ROM however, when I connect an error shows up, the active sync is not connecting to my device.

What can I do? Thx.

lol nothing new in your post, almost everyone is having problems with it not syncing, settings going to Touch Flo 3D settings was cooked like that, there's a way of accessing normal settings but i have to look it up at the ppcgeeks site, so hang in there while i look it up.

UPDATE: ok here's your answer: "To get to settings press the all settings soft key in TF3D settings page". I have not tried this myself so im not sure if it actually works.

Thanks for looking that up!!!! IT WORKED! It is clever the way they did that. Just one problem, still not syncing w/ my computer. Any idea what is causing it or how to fix?

as of right now, the only solution provided has been to update activesync/windows mobile center. However, i had the lastest version of windows mobile center but still could not sync, so just sit tight and wait until Deck(maker of this rom) comes up with a solution, or flash back to a previous version if you wanna go that way.

You will need to download Windows Live, and run the cab file on your touch pro. That will get you set up with hotmail on your mail tab.

fanat... i dont know if ur still having that problem but i had a similar issue what i did is connected the did a hard reset while still in the multicolor screen i hooked it to the computer and went through the rom update steps and and it connected that way and reflashed the rom.

This rom is perfect, but im having the same problem syncing like everyone else, are there any similar ones that anyone recommends? PROPZ, to the creator for this one.

when trying to sync use disk drive instead of active sync it accesses your storage card only but if your tryin to transfer files select disk drive on your phone kinda like a back door hope this helps

Is the Rhodium manila rom better than the mighty rom 6.5? I was wanting to uprade to a faster and better rom if there is any out there for the htc diamond. I am currently running the mighty rom 6.5.

just put my phone bootloader mode manually make sure your battery is at least 50% coonect to computer then flash to your rom of your choosing

thanks alot for the suggestions but i have done alot of unlocking and flashing it's not me it's the ROM i cant get it in manual,auto via sync or hard reset i did everything the right way i'm starting to think i'm F^&)(*&)* as the only way i know to load A FRESH ROM IS TO GET IT TO BOOTLOADER MODE but it wont someone please help me as this is my test TP

when it finally boots up it looks like its gonna fire up normal it lets me press start the menu comes up but when i select any of the icon it give me a registry error for all of them every single one?

nope it fire up for a few minutes but then start freaking out and i tried to do a hard reset would'nt go then after that i was doing other stuff came back to it and it was froze at the start screen ???

So i am confused did you flash the rom or no ? An i dont understand all of your apps are giving you a error when trying to open them ?

mine would'nt get on the net either or sysnc so i flashed my other TP and it was buggy to so i reflashed instanly to the ENERGY ROM AND IVE BEEN RUNNING THAT LIKE A WEEK OR MORE ON MY LITTLE COUSIN TP AND NOT ONE COMPLAINT

flash went threw now it's stuck just a really weird out tp and i want out just cant get it into boot ? As far as the error's if and wehn it does get past the start up and if it decides to let me actually select something (mostly just does nothing when i try to touch anything) but when it does all i get is a error like this 1 invalid sigature 2 the file adobe reader le can not be opened either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of it's components cannot be found if the problem persists try reinstalling or restoring the file. And this is for every single app i try to access i believe this is why it wont sync! If i could just get it to sync i would be done with this nightmare thans for everyone that is trying to help me

the problem ppl is having is not being unable to flash, it's being unable to sync which brings problems like getting contacts from outlook back to the phone and such. Flashing through SD card is always an option when flashing.

or just manually put it in bootloader and that will allow you to flash, just make sure you're over 50% on battery

i figured it out not only is the rom freaked out but the volume down key wont work thats why i cant get into bootloader! so since the volume down does'nt work and it wont sync i guess this is trash /parts this sucks

if your volume down doesn't work it's not the rom, it's your phone!!, my volume worked perfectly with v0307.

hello guys... i've been using this ROM for about a month now and i have no problem at all till about two or three days ago... basically my battery start to drain really really really fast... basically my battery doesn't even last for day with very minimum use... i was wondering if its my battery or its the ROM that's draining it... because like i said it was fine before... any comments about this?? Thanks

are you sure that you are closing out of all running programs? have you checked x button in the top right corner to be sure that they are all closed? it may just be time for a hard reset.... you could also try to clean your device up with sktools especially if you have done a lot of installing and uninstalling of apps, games, tweaks, etc.

Im new to all this ROM stuff and I've tried installing another ROM and it told me that its for an update only .. Now I wanna try this ROM to be honest I cant figure out which one is the latest and most stable and can i install it to replace the stock sprint ROM

you jsut hav etofind one that fits you... roms are all personal likings and such... nrgz, nfsfan, gokus gss, murdarom, etc

Yea i get what your saying .. but its like i take all tha time reading comments on the ROMS and then I still cant find them .. I there like a str8 download tab for all ROMS .. I've been searching for a while now and all Ive found is that new murda .. but then wen i try to flash it .. it tells me its a update only. Im atleast tryna get 1 Rom loaded b4 i give up

I didnt see anyone Answer your question about Not being able to ADD Programs. I am having this same problem. I just installed this ROM a few minutes ago and I been trying to add programs to the program tab this whole time and I cant.

Can anyone help on this issue?

the only computer that i have access to right now is here at work, and i guess them have them blocked cause everything i try to download something from those site, once reatch half way, it will give me that message " page cannot be displayed."

use your device and tether.... or if you have a charger by you download from the phone even though it will take some time...... you have no other computer that you can use period? like a friends or anything?
