I live in NYC through out my life. I witness 96,98-2000 World series Champions. Bob Costas said it himself when we clinch the world series Against the braves in 99. This decade we are the 4 time AL Champions, we went to the playoff's 8 out of 9 years. If we win tonight we would have 2 championship. Yes knowing Red Sox Fans would say well we won 2 too. Well how many times you won ALCS? How many times you went to the playoff's..Think about that.

martinez with rest vs pettite on short rest..... petite has to be well rested since he is a spot pitcher and paints the corners and when tired its hard to do... thats why pedro will be the better pitcher.... better pitcher doesnt always mean anything if the offense is clicking since when an explosive offesnse like both these teams have is clicking in tune on every note nothing is gonna stop em.
