[TUTORIAL] S2U2 Tutorial w/Paintshop Pro

Here is my tutorial on making S2U2 themes using paintshop pro. Its pretty straight forward, but to clear up any possible confusion..the dimensions you should use are as follows....
For VGA devices. Wallpaper=480X640 WallpaperL=640X480 Arrows=(roughly) 87X37
For QVGA, devide all dimensions by 2(example= VGA 480X640 is QVGA 240X320)
