Battery question
I think somethings wrong with my battery. I got my phone on the 1st. Today the battery died really quick. So I recharged it. When I went to unplug it I noticed the back was really hot. This was at 5 in the evening. By midnight my phone was completely dead and the back was hot. Also when I picked it up every so often the back was hot. I had not used the phone at all during this time. Any suggestion? Thanks.

Re: Battery question
Do you know what causes it? I had a touch but within my 30 day trial period I switched for the Mogul. So I dont know if I get another trial period with the mogul or not.

Re: Battery question
its just prolly a bad phone or bad battery. just bring it in explain and sit around for a hour and prove to them whats going on. also bring in the battery and show them how hot it gets.they cant say no if they sold you a faulty phone.

Re: Battery question
Thanks. Im not really sure to put this. I have a clean version of the Rev A rom on my phone. Can I just hard reset it back to how my phone was when I fist bought it? If not how do I go about reinstalling the old stock rom?

Re: Battery question
If you already exchanged it out from the touch to the mogul they will not allow you to swap out the phone again even for a defect. I recommend you get the TEP if you are still within the 30 days that way your phone is insured, believe me it will save you money in the long run. Especially if you are modding your phone and such, I'de hate to see your investment ruined. If you do have TEP just go to the sprint store and have them check it out, a lot of times they will just swap out the battery for a new one just for CSAT. Another option you have, which would be if you dont have insurance, go through the manufacturer, but it will take a lot longer and probably not worth your time.
