Problems extracting cab

I'm trying to put Flash Lite 2.1, FTouchFlo and SCLPF 1.62 on my HTC Mogul. I've been searching on this site for a few days now and nothings helping me. I download the program file to my computer, open it up with winrar. The files I get out of winrar go into a folder on my desktop and from there go into my Mogul. My problem is when I open them in my mogul I get there is no application associated with "what ever file it is" Run the application first, then open this file from within th application. Then if I click on the setup button it opens up the internet explorer with a bunch of red and black writing. I don't think winrar is extracting the cab from the file. Can anyone help me with this. I don't understand Thanks.

sound slike it is already a cab and your further extracting the cab..... redownload the files and right click on the folder and see what the end extension is...... i bet it is already in a .cab extension.
