Touchflo 2D themes question

I have touchflo 2D and download a few themes here, added the .zip file to my M2D customizer app, and they load up just fine, except now there's overlapping I guess you could say with some of the icons. the mail icon is still stuck on the previous theme I had loaded, the clock from the previous theme is still showing when I switch themes?????

what's up with that? Seems some of the theme files have more files within them than others, is that causing a conflict when I switch, it's not overwriting or replacing the file if it doesn't have it? I don't know, but my theme is screwed up now?

did you soft reset? try that an see if it helps...then if that doesn't work try to diable tf2d soft reset and then reaaply seetings..let us know if you get it.:)

When changing themes in both TF3D and 2D, it is recommended to restore the default theme before installing a custom theme. Give that a try as well:)

one more question though if I may..............the voice command button on the side of my 6800 works but doesn't pop up like it used to. I didn't have any voice commands saved to my contacts before flashing the rom, but does the TouchFlo 2D not support the voice command dialing?

It should, tf2d is just a today plug-in and doesnt really affect the phones functions. As long as you have a correct working version of voice command installed and the ROM your running doenst conflict with it....it should work fine.

is it cyberon or microsoft? it may be cyberon instead of the stock microsoft. if it is you just train the voice by adding the tag to the name and it actually works really good.

ok DASHY, english? I don't know what cyberon is or whatever? the button on the side of the phone doesn't do anything but when I press it, it starts recording, but not for voice command functions. and I can't find where you go to "train" the voice commands. thanks alot, but I guess I can live without it, didn't use it much anyway, so I won't worry with it.

You can go into settings then buttons, and there should be a press and hold option, you can set that to voice command. That should work

ok one more question, without having to start a whole new thread...

i put my s2u app back on the phone after flashing the rom to the touchflo 2d, and it's not right? like the clock is off center and it doesn't look the same as the pics of how it's supposed to look. Is there another s2u that I'm supposed to use now with the touchflo 2d?

and can I do the animated gif's s2u themes? just trying to get all my "tweaks" worked out on this new rom, it's all new to me.........SORRY.

no s2u2 shouldn't change due to tf2d....unless you put a gif image in there as vga format...try to uninstall soft reset reinstall soft reset....and not really sure about the animation gif's in s2us...haven't gotten into skinin those just yet.

Taylor, that didn't work either, I have the app S2U 1.21-QVGA, and downloaded the Diamond S2u2 v0.3 theme and dropped that file into my gfx folder within the s2u folder. that has always been the way I've changed my s2u themes before, so don't know what the problem is? maybe I will try and find another s2u WITHOUT the clock feature and it will work? I just really like the ones with the clock.

OK...you have an outdated version of s2us...i think the new one is v.1.33....alot of bugs fixed in the new version....
