thank you for this but i wanted to ask you all you have to do is run the the installations and put the key gen in and it should work after that correct??? i wanted to maake sure if thats whats dun cuz im not sure if any additional steps are required i read all the read me parts but i juz wanted check with you first and one more thing is this compatible with sony vegas 8

yes you should be fine with vegas and also yes thats what you do...... use the keygen to get the serial and its jsuty like getting it sent to you from the company from there on out.... just add the key to the registration area and than you are done.

one more thing im sorry i forgot to ask will i be able to upgrade to 2008 with this cuz from what im told this doesnt work with vegas 8

You can try, but with the upgrade, they usually blacklist all the hijacked serial numbers.
