Newbie And Need Help with 8925

Hey Y'all I'm John from NC and I'm a NEWBIE. LOL ok now that i just sounded like introduced myself in a AA meeting I guess I will get stated. I just got my first smart phone. LOL I know I have been way behind, but dang I could only afford Cricket at the time and they don't have anything around here where I live smart phone wise. But anyway I just got a HTC TyTn II or other wise known as the TILT or Kaiser. It has WM 6.0 on it I want to upgrade to the WM6.1 with touch flo or if y'all know a better rom let me know please. I would also like to try to get the google maps prog. or the tom tom prog. and any other good program y'all might think that I could find useful. Oh yeah anyone know a good tutorial that could help out with the install and all. That would awesome. I'm good with a computer and all but I'm not the best, so I'm sure you get my drift. But anyway thanks again and hope I can be answering these questions for a nother newbie here soon LOL ok. LATER Y'ALL,
