Custom rom on htc touch vogue (bell) cdma

Help! i'm having a lot of problems flashing a rom, i'm a very BIG noob at this stuff,
first off, I have installed cokemans unlocker and unlocked my phone, i downloaded bj dades custom rom but i don't know how to flash it, where do i download the RUU? And also where do i find my radio version and what do i do with it?? i'm confused, please help.:connie_mykilroy:
