Upgrading Rom Issues

your fine as long as the screen (rainbow) aka bootloader says olipro 2.40 just connect to activesync and it will say usb on your phone. than flash to the custom rom of your choice.

ok well when I plug in my phone it does say usb but no light comes on the phone like its charging or anything. Ive pulled up the sprint rom 3.35 update from the htc site and downloaded it. I selected run as my option and while hooked through active sync am running the wizard and well after being patient it started to upload(whew) the 11% kinda worried me cause the phone flashed black and i thought it lost the connection! Man this process could give a man a heart attack, explaining to your wife your phones fawked!lol..sure I'll have more ?s. thnx dash!

lol yup does to everyone just glad that you dont do what some others did and pull the usb out like tat was going to help lol.
